"Arrived on Time and I Was Weirdly Thrilled"
My order from gymproluxestore.com showed up fast and I was way more excited than I should’ve been. The box had one tiny dent on the corner, which I noticed immediately like I was inspecting a crime scene, but everything inside was packed really well and nothing was damaged at all. Tracking was easy, delivery was smooth, and it arrived in good shape. Overall, super happy with it!

"Support was slow, but hey, it happens"
I reached out to support and it took them quite a while to get back to me. I was starting to get a bit annoyed, not gonna lie. Then boom, they finally replied. Overall, the delay was frustrating, but at least I did get a response.

"Good quality, but felt a bit overlooked"
The product itself feels solid and has held up fine with regular use, so no complaints there. I just wish the overall experience felt a little more attentive, because I kind of felt ignored when I had questions. It’s good quality, but for the price, I expected a bit more.

They’ve got a decent selection overall. I found a few things I needed, which was good. But then there were a couple items I expected to see and just... nothing. Kind of hit or miss. Not bad, just feels like it could be better

"Decent gear, but it didn’t last long"
It worked fine at first. No big complaints. But after a few months, the handles started getting loose. Kind of annoying. Still usable, just doesn’t feel as solid anymore...

I placed my order thinking it would show up quickly, so I was checking the tracking every day like, “Okay, maybe today’s the day.” The product itself was totally fine once it finally arrived, and I don’t have any complaints about what I received. But the delivery took much longer than I expected, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating. By the time the package got to my door, I was more relieved than excited

"Assembly was more annoying than expected"
I bought this from gymproluxestore.com and the parts themselves seem fine, but putting it together was frustrating. The instructions weren’t super clear, and then you get to some of the holes and they just don’t line up easily. I figured it would be a quick setup, but you end up spending way more time on it than you expect.

I ordered a few gym bits from gymproluxestore.com and yeah, the prices were better than most other places I looked at. I wasn’t expecting anything too crazy, but the quality seems solid for what I paid, actually, the delivery was fine too, so I’ve got no real complaints. I’d probably use them again next time I need something

"Maybe I expected too much from the return process"
The return ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. Maybe I misread the timeline or just assumed it would be faster, but the refund came in late. I also reached out to support and didn’t really get much of an explanation, which made the whole thing more frustrating.
